Our classic Top Hat in white stretch satin is 6" high with a 2 1/2" brim. Thanks to the University of North Carolina School of the Arts we now know that this fabric performs well under blacklight. The fabric is laminated over heavy cardboard. They are strong and hold up to everything but heavy downpours. We recommend quality baby wipes for cleaning.   All of our hats are made in the USA in Claudville, VA.
